Jacky is a loving mother of two whose home has always had room for one more wagging tail. Her bond with dogs shaped RuffVille's promise: a full day should never mean a pet goes without attention, comfort, or someone they can trust.

As Co-CEO, Jacky brings the patience, warmth, and fierce protectiveness she gives her own family to every decision RuffVille makes. She wants each visit to give pet parents the same feeling she would want for herself—the relief of knowing someone kind, dependable, and truly attentive is there.

Is RuffVille only for dog walks?

No. RuffVille offers play, companionship, enrichment, puppy visits, training reinforcement, and pet transportation.

How much does it cost?

Pricing depends on the service, duration, extras, and travel. You see a complete quote before paying. Customer activation starts at a one-time $1.

Can I book the same companion again?

Yes. Favorite a companion after a visit and request another booking. Approval, availability, and service-area rules still apply.

Are providers certified trainers?

General companions reinforce owner- or trainer-supplied routines. Only providers with verified trainer credentials can be described as professional trainers.
