Care, communication, and consent

RuffVille coordinates approved pet-care services. Owners supply accurate care instructions, emergency contacts, and relevant safety disclosures. Providers must follow approved service limits and report incidents.

Providers are not veterinarians. They cannot diagnose conditions or independently approve non-emergency medical procedures. In an emergency, contact the owner, then the emergency contact, and the veterinarian or emergency clinic as needed. Any treatment limit entered by the owner is a reference for the clinic and does not grant RuffVille control over treatment decisions.

Business identity, insurance coverage, liability allocation, dispute resolution, tax treatment, cancellation terms, and jurisdiction-specific rights must be finalized before launch.
